Fitness mantra STAY FIT and healthy
Do you exercise daily? Exercise helps us to stay fit and relieve stress and anxiety. Here are some simple exercises that you can do everyday for a healthy body.
1. Stretch your arms to your sides. Keep them straight. Now slowly rotate your arms 5 times clockwise and 5 times anticlockwise. Then bring your arms down and relax.
2. Take a deep breath and slowly turn your head to the left.Hold your breath for a few seconds. Then slowly release your breath and returned to the original position. Similarly. move your head to the right.
3. Stand straight. Raise your arms above your head. Slowly bend backwards. Remember to bend as much as you can. Count till 5 and then come back to the original position. Now bend forward and count till 5. Come back to your original position. Slowly lower your arms and relax. Repeat thrice.
4. Sit straight and raise your arms above your head with your stretched palms facing outwards. Take a deep breath and slowly bent forward. Try touching your toes without bending your knees. Hold your breath and count till 3. Slowly exhale and come back to your original position. Bring your arms to your side and relax.
5. Stand straight. Keep your arms on your waist. Keeping your knees straight, bend your upper body to your left. Hold to count 5. Come back to your original position. Similarly, bend to your right. Then bring your arms down and relax.
