CTET Exam PUBLIC NOTICE

The online application process for the 21st edition of the CTET Examination started from 27/11/2025 and the last date for submitting online application was 18/12/2025 (11:59 PM). Subsequent to the last date of applications, grievances have been received that a few candidates were not able to submit their applications. The reason for this has been stated to be non-responsiveness of the portal. The request raised in these grievances is that the last date of application be extended to enable such candidates to complete and submit their applications.

The matter has been examined in detail. It was found that out of a total of 25,30,581 candidates who applied successfully, 3,53,218 and 4,14,981 candidates had successfully applied on the second last and the last date of application respectively. Further, the helpline, too, was active on all days and timely assistance was provided to all callers. Thus, it appears that the claim of non-responsiveness of the portal is not very well-founded.

On further review, it appears that there were 1,61,127 incomplete registrations which were not converted into completed and submitted final applications. It has also been noted in the Board that the present edition of CTET is being organized after a gap of around one year. Therefore, taking a sympathetic view of the matter, the Board has decided that these candidates, who had initiated registration process for CTET, be given one-time facility for completing their application on the portal. The facility will be made available on the portal from 11.00AM on 27th December 2025 till 30th December 2025 (11.59PM). These candidates are advised to verify their particulars and do necessary correction during process of final submission of application as no further opportunity will be given to them for correction of particulars. This is also informed that no fresh registration will be allowed during this. process.

२१ व्या सीटीईटी परीक्षेसाठी ऑनलाइन अर्ज प्रक्रिया २७/११/२०२५ पासून सुरू झाली आणि ऑनलाइन अर्ज सादर करण्याची शेवटची तारीख १८/१२/२०२५ (रात्री ११:५९) होती. अर्ज सादर करण्याच्या शेवटच्या तारखेनंतर, काही उमेदवार त्यांचे अर्ज सादर करू शकले नाहीत अशा तक्रारी प्राप्त झाल्या आहेत. याचे कारण पोर्टलचा प्रतिसाद न देणे हे असल्याचे सांगण्यात आले आहे. या तक्रारींमध्ये अशी विनंती करण्यात आली आहे की अशा उमेदवारांना त्यांचे अर्ज पूर्ण करता यावेत आणि सादर करता यावेत यासाठी अर्ज सादर करण्याची शेवटची तारीख वाढविण्यात यावी.

या प्रकरणाची सविस्तर तपासणी करण्यात आली आहे. असे आढळून आले की यशस्वीरित्या अर्ज केलेल्या एकूण २५,३०,५८१ उमेदवारांपैकी ३,५३,२१८ आणि ४,१४,९८१ उमेदवारांनी अर्ज करण्याच्या दुसऱ्या आणि शेवटच्या तारखेला अनुक्रमे यशस्वीरित्या अर्ज केले होते. शिवाय, हेल्पलाइन देखील सर्व दिवशी सक्रिय होती आणि सर्व कॉलरना वेळेवर मदत पुरवण्यात आली. अशा प्रकारे, असे दिसून येते की पोर्टल प्रतिसाद देत नसल्याचा दावा फारसा योग्य नाही.

पुढील आढावा घेतल्यावर असे दिसून येते की १,६१,१२७ अपूर्ण नोंदणी होत्या ज्या पूर्ण झालेल्या आणि सादर केलेल्या अंतिम अर्जांमध्ये रूपांतरित झाल्या नव्हत्या. बोर्डाने असेही नोंदवले आहे की सीटीईटीची सध्याची आवृत्ती सुमारे एक वर्षाच्या अंतरानंतर आयोजित केली जात आहे. म्हणून, या प्रकरणाचा सहानुभूतीपूर्वक विचार करून, बोर्डाने निर्णय घेतला आहे की सीटीईटीसाठी नोंदणी प्रक्रिया सुरू केलेल्या या उमेदवारांना पोर्टलवर त्यांचे अर्ज भरण्यासाठी एक वेळची सुविधा देण्यात येईल. ही सुविधा २७ डिसेंबर २०२५ रोजी सकाळी ११.०० ते ३० डिसेंबर २०२५ (रात्री ११.५९) पर्यंत पोर्टलवर उपलब्ध करून दिली जाईल. या उमेदवारांना अर्ज अंतिम सादर करण्याच्या प्रक्रियेदरम्यान त्यांचे तपशील पडताळून पाहण्याचा आणि आवश्यक त्या दुरुस्त्या करण्याचा सल्ला देण्यात येत आहे कारण त्यांना तपशील दुरुस्त करण्याची संधी दिली जाणार नाही. या प्रक्रियेदरम्यान नवीन नोंदणी करण्याची परवानगी दिली जाणार नाही, असेही कळविण्यात येते.
