महोदया/महोदय,

कृपया शेख अब्दुल रहीम संस्थापक हैप्पी टू हेल्प फाउंडेशन द्वारा प्रेषित शिकायत संख्या SAR/MRJPHS/H2H/NO-84 मानदेय बाबत दिनांक 04.08.2026 का संदर्भ ग्रहण करें, जिसमें शिकायतकर्ता द्वारा अवगत कराया गया है कि जनगणना कार्य के प्रथम चरण अर्थात मकानसूचीकरण तथा मकानों की गणना (HLO) के अंतर्गत महाराष्ट्र राज्य के छत्रपति संभाजीनगर (औरंगाबाद) जिले के प्रगणको एंव पर्यवेक्षको को बकाया मानदेय का भुगतान नहीं किया गया है।

2. इस संबंध में अवगत कराना है कि जनगणना के प्रथम चरण अर्थात मकानसूचीकरण तथा मकानों की गणना (HLO) हेतु निधि महाराष्ट्र राज्य को पूर्व में ही जारी की जा चुकी है।

3. यह भी अवगत कराना है कि राज्य सरकार से इस कार्यालय के पत्र संख्या: 9/01/2026-CD(Cen) दिनांक 25 जून, 2026 के माध्यम से जनगणना क्षेत्रीय कार्मिकों को मानदेय का भुगतान यथाशीघ्र सुनिश्चित करने का अनुरोध किया जा चुका है। उक्त पत्र की प्रति संदर्भ हेतु संलग्न है।

4. उपरोक्त के आलोक में, उक्त शिकायत महाराष्ट्र राज्य सरकार को इस अनुरोध के साथ अग्रेषित की जाती है कि संबंधित जनगणना कार्मिकों को मानदेय शीघ्रतिशीघ्र सुनिश्चित करने हेतु आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करे।

Disbursement of Honorarium to the field functionaries for the first phase (HLO) of Census 2027.

Madam/Sir,

As you are aware, the Census-2027 activities are currently being carried out across the country on a mission mode. The first phase of Census 2027, namely the Houselisting and Housing Census (HLO), has been successfully completed/is in the final stage of completion in your State. The dedicated efforts of the field functionaries, supervisors and other Census personnel have been instrumental in achieving this progress. To facilitate the smooth, efficient and timely conduct of Census operations, funds are being released to the State Government at regular intervals based on operational requirements.

2. In this regard, it is required to ensure that the honorarium payable to all field functionaries engaged in the Houselisting and Housing Census (HLO) is disbursed as per approved norms without any delay. These personnel have been working tirelessly under challenging field conditions to ensure the successful completion of Census activities within the prescribed timelines. Timely payment of honorarium is not only essential to acknowledge and appreciate their valuable contribution but also serves as a significant motivating factor for sustaining their commitment and maintaining the momentum of ongoing and upcoming Census operations.
