Standard Report format for Enquiry into complaints under PM POSHAN

Sir/Madam,

It may kindly be noted that in most cases District enquiry reports against very serious complaints on PM POSHAN fail to address the specific issue. The reports are mostly neither exhaustive nor conclusive.

Also, reports are being sent to the Directorate without any action being taken against the erring schools/officials in spite of issues having been identified.

In order to address this, a Standard Report Format is annexed herein to be followed hereafter. It may kindly be circulated widely to all the Blocks and Municipalities with necessary direction.
