Greetings from NIEPA!

The National Centre for School Leadership (NCSL) is established at the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), New Delhi. The Centre is vested with the responsibility of developing practitioner-centric curriculum framework and materials on school leadership and transaction of long-term capacity development programmes of school leaders and educational administrators. The National Centre for School Leadership at NIEPA is funded by the Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

I am happy to share with you that the National Centre for School Leadership began ‘Celebrating School Leadership'(CSL) as an initiative to recognise School Leadership at all levels of school education, across States/UTs. In continuation of this annual initiative, the Centre is inviting submissions from head teachers/heads of schools/principals (from foundational to secondary schools) of schools belonging to the State/UT Government and Government Aided sector. A poster on National Conference on School Leadership F.Y. 2026-2027 is being shared with you for wide dissemination and circulation by your office to reach the head teacher/head of school/principal of government and government aided schools of respective State/UT (Annexurel).

The School heads/principals can either submit a case study (with photographs) or a documentary in the form of Video, not both. The case studies OR video documentaries can be developed in English/Hindi/Indian Languages. The School heads/principals can send their case studies /video documentaries at the email ncsl.csl@niepa.ac.in latest by 31 October, 2026.
