English speech on RASHTRASANT GADGE BABA

An Honourable president of this programme my class teacher and H.M. sir peace fully seated my student friends. Today I am going in introduce about the national saint Gadge Baba.

Gadge Baba took birth in poor family of washer cloth man in 1876 in Vidharbha. He don’t know to read and write. He was totally illiterate. He was very mind well person.

Friends, he was taking broom in hand and cleaning the road surrounding always say Devakinandan Gopala. He say the people to stop wasted things on the road. Always be clean, dirtyness, through his Bhajan. He always attacked the blind faith and evil habits of the people. He guide to learn the boys. In the starting they collect the torn cloth and sew lungi for himself some days later the people understand him and they gave him respect. He established boarding school for poor peoples child and charitable shelters for travelers. He did not allow to

touch his feel to anybody.

Friends, Gadge Baba wondered village to village in Maharastra. Therefore our government decided to do Gram Safai Abhiyan on his Name Gadge Baba Safai Abhiyan. In every we get prizes to the cleaness. Sound mind is sound body.

He always said that “I shall not die.” lying in hospital and want to die in travel. He died on 20th December 1956.

Really, he talked true and became a popular in all Maharastra. He become a national hero in our India. We worship to him.

Now for the day I am talking not more and going to stop my speech.
