English speech on Former Pri Minister SMT.INDIRA GANDHI

Honorable president of this programme and chief guest all my teacher and dear student. Today I ant telling you a story of Smt. Indira Gandhi who served

all life for country of India.

She was born in Allhabad on 19 November 1927.

Her Fathers name was Jawaharlal Nehru and Mothers name Kamla Nehru. She took a lot of experience of politics after her education. She accepted primary membership of the congress party in 1938. She was married to Firoz Gandhi in 1942. Jawaharlal Nehru always was busy and so he made her president of pary in 1959.

Friends, she became prime minister on 24th January 1966. She was the first lady prime minister of our India. She has done a very good deeds for our India. She has two son one Sanjay and Rajiv Gandhi. Sanjay Gandhi died in an aeroplane accident and Rajiv Gandhi died in “Bomb blast.” Once She had taken the daring decision to send the military force into the Golden Temple of Sikh in Amrutsar due to the displeasure on this point. She was killed by her own protection force man and her leadership has finished.
